Two parts. The first explains what we do with information about people. The second is what everyone taking part should know before they do.
Trampoline Venture Partners is the name of an ecosystem: the Trampoline Zermatt Summit, the 3,100 Gornergrat Circle, the Endurance Capital podcast, and the private app that runs them.
The party responsible for the information described here, and the one who decides what happens to it, is ANI Partners Limited, Business Center, Dubai World Central, PO Box 390667, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Three places, and they behave differently.
We do not ask you to create an account here, and there is no form on the public site that captures your details.
Our hosting provider records standard technical data that every website receives: your IP address, your browser, and the pages you view. It is kept briefly, to keep the site available and secure.
If you press play on the Summit film, YouTube serves it and may set cookies on your device. Those are controlled by Google, not by us. If you would rather not load YouTube, do not press play.
We set no advertising cookies and no analytics of our own. We do not sell or rent anyone’s information, and we never will.
When you request a place at the Summit or the Circle, you give us your name, email address, mobile number, LinkedIn profile, country, the category you belong to, a one-line biography, and a photograph. Every field is required. We ask for all of it because the room is small and we would rather know who is in it.
Why we may hold it. Because you asked us to consider you, and we cannot do that without it. In legal terms, steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement, and our legitimate interest in running a curated private gathering.
A challenge sits on that form. Cloudflare Turnstile processes your IP address and limited browser signals to tell people apart from automated scripts. It sets no advertising cookie and does not follow you across other sites.
This is the part most notices leave out, and it is the part you should read.
We look you up. When a request arrives, we research the applicant in public sources: company registers, regulators’ registers, sanctions lists, court and enforcement records, professional profiles, and the press. We record what we find, with the source and the date, so that any conclusion can be traced back to where it came from.
We use artificial intelligence, and we say so plainly. AI helps us research applicants, and it helps us read and score the companies that pitch. In the panel it appears under its own name, alongside the human coaches, and its assessments are marked as its own. We do this openly because a hidden machine in the room would be a different thing entirely.
A person decides. No one is admitted or refused by a machine. The research is assembled by software; the decision is taken by the host, who can and does disagree with it.
If we say no. We keep a record of requests we decline, so that the same request arriving later under a different address is recognised as the same request. That record holds the name, the addresses used, the organisation and country, and technical signals from the device and connection. It exists to protect a small private room, not to build a profile of anyone, it is never shared, and it is deleted after three editions of the Summit.
Why we may hold all of this. Our legitimate interest in knowing who we admit to a private gathering where capital, confidential business information and personal trust are all in the room at once. If you think that balance is wrong in your case, say so and we will look at it properly.
If you are given a place, checking in adds your mobile number, your biography and your portrait to what we already hold, and asks you to accept the four things set out in Part Two.
What other guests see: your name, category, organisation, one-line biography, portrait, email address and LinkedIn profile. Your mobile number is shared only if you chose to show it.
What they do not see: anything from the review above. Research, notes, scores and decisions are never visible to other participants.
Getting into the app means proving that the mailbox is yours.
We send a six-character code to your address. The code itself is never stored. Only a one-way fingerprint of it is kept, so it can be checked but never read back, and it expires after fifteen minutes and works once.
When you are in, your browser holds a token and we hold a fingerprint of that token, not the token itself. A session lasts at most seven days, and ends sooner after six hours without activity, or twenty-four for a host.
We write down every knock at the door. Each attempt records the address used, the outcome, a one-way fingerprint of the IP address, the browser, the page you came from, and an identifier for the device. We keep them for the edition and delete them afterwards. They exist so that we can see if someone is trying addresses that are not theirs.
Why we may hold it. Our legitimate interest in the security of a private room, and in being able to show what happened if something goes wrong.
The Circle is filled by nomination. If you nominate someone, you share their name, the world they come from, and how to reach them. Please nominate only people you reasonably believe would welcome it.
If you have been nominated and would like to see, correct or remove what we hold, write to admin@trampolinevp.com and we will act promptly. Nomination records are reviewed after each edition.

We use a small number of companies to run this. They act on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.
Netlify, hosting for the public website. Lovable and Supabase, the private app and its database. Resend, sending the sign-in codes and letters, from our own domain, from servers in Ireland. Cloudflare, the challenge on the registration form. Google, the embedded film and our own correspondence. Notion, the Circle nomination form. Calendly, scheduling. Substack, Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Instagram and LinkedIn, for the podcast and for professional contact, under their own policies.
Some of these are based outside Europe. Where information travels, it does so under the standard contractual protections those companies publish.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop, or ask for a copy in a portable form. You can object to anything we do on the basis of legitimate interest, including the review described above, and we will look at it again rather than repeat ourselves.

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. In the European Union that is the authority of your own country. In the United Kingdom it is the Information Commissioner’s Office. In Switzerland it is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. In the United Arab Emirates it is the UAE Data Office.
Our guests come from many countries. We aim to hold everyone to the same standard, and where a regime that applies to you asks for more, we follow it. That includes the EU and UK GDPR, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
This is intended for a professional adult audience and is not directed at anyone under 16.
The date at the top says when this was last revised. Material changes are described here rather than slipped in.
These are given when you check in.
Data privacy. Trampoline holds the details you gave to run the Summit, and shares your name, category, organisation, one-line biography, portrait, email and LinkedIn with other checked-in guests. Your mobile is shared only if you chose to show it. You may ask for your record to be removed at any time.
The Chatham House Rule. You may use what is said. You will not reveal the identity or the affiliation of the speaker, or of any other participant, nor attribute anything said in the room.
Photography and film. You consent to photographs and video recorded at the Summit being used in Trampoline media, including the promotional film, the website, social channels and the Endurance Capital podcast, without payment and without a time limit. You may withdraw that consent for future use at any time by writing to admin@trampolinevp.com. Withdrawing does not oblige us to recall material already published.
No financial advice. Nothing at the Summit, in this app, or in any conversation around it is investment, legal or tax advice. No offer or solicitation of securities is made. Any decision you take is your own, on your own analysis and your own advisers.
We use AI openly, in two places. To research and assess the companies that pitch, and to help review requests for a place. Its work is presented as its own, under its own name, and never disguised as a human judgement.
No decision about a person is made by a machine alone. A person decides who comes.
The 3,100 Gornergrat Circle takes place at 3,100 metres, on the Gornergrat, above Zermatt, in winter. That is real altitude. Some people feel it. Conditions on a glacier in December can change quickly, and medical help is further away than it is at sea level.
Your health is your own responsibility. If you have a heart condition, a respiratory condition, a recent illness or surgery, or you are pregnant, take advice from your doctor before you accept a place, and tell us anything we need to know to look after you.
Insurance is your own responsibility. You are expected to hold your own medical and travel insurance, valid at altitude and for whatever you intend to do on the mountain. Trampoline does not insure participants and does not accept responsibility for illness, injury or loss arising from your own health, your own choices, or the conditions of the mountain.
Anything on the mountain outside the programme, skiing, hiking, snowboarding, is done in your own time, at your own risk, and under your own insurance.
We plan for the Summit and the Circle to go ahead as described. Some things are outside anyone’s control, and it is fairer to say so now than to discover it in December.
We may have to postpone, shorten, move or cancel either gathering because of events we do not control. Among them: extreme weather, avalanche risk or the closure of the Gornergrat railway; the hotel or venue becoming unavailable; illness or epidemic and the public health measures that follow; strikes or transport failure; war, civil unrest, terrorism or sanctions; a government or authority restricting travel or assembly; the failure of essential utilities or communications; or the serious illness of the host, since this gathering is not held by a company with a bench.
Your place carries. Where the gathering is postponed, it carries to the new date. Where it cannot be held at all, it carries to the following edition. Either way there is nothing further to pay, and no deduction of any kind. This is the outcome we will always offer first, and for most people it is the better one.
If you would rather have the money back, we refund what you paid, less costs already incurred on your behalf that we cannot recover. In practice that means deposits and commitments made to the hotel, the mountain railway and the venue, which have their own terms and are not ours to undo. Those deductions are limited to costs that are reasonable, that were actually incurred, and that we genuinely cannot recover. We will show you what they were. We are not entitled to keep anything else, and we will not.
What we are not liable for. Consequential loss: flights you cannot recover, meetings you rearranged, time you cannot get back. We are responsible for running the gathering we described, not for the cost of your calendar. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Places are held against a hard cap, and a place you release late is a place nobody else can take. What you get back therefore depends on how much warning we have, counted from the first day of the gathering.

Carrying your place forward is always available, at every stage, including inside the final two months. Nothing is ever simply lost. The choice is yours, not ours. Tell us which you want and we will do it without argument.
One thing this does not cover. Your own travel and accommodation, and any deposit placed directly with a hotel, railway or airline, sit between you and that supplier under their terms. This is what travel insurance is for.
If you appear as a guest on the Endurance Capital podcast, this is what you are agreeing to. It is short on purpose, and none of it is unusual.
You give us permission to record you, in audio and video, and to edit, publish and distribute the recording, in whole or in part, worldwide, in any medium now existing or later devised, for as long as it exists. That includes the podcast itself, YouTube, Substack, social channels, clips, trailers, transcripts and promotional use for Trampoline and its gatherings.
This permission is granted freely and without payment, and it is irrevocable, because a published episode cannot be unpublished from the internet by wishing it so, and because everyone who works on it does so on the basis that it will stand.
We edit. We decide the final form of the episode and whether to publish it at all. There is no obligation to publish anything we record.
You have no right of approval before publication, and we do give you something better than nothing. If, after an episode goes out, something in it troubles you, tell us within a reasonable time. We will listen properly and, where we can, we will edit or take it down. That is a commitment made in good faith between people who trust each other, not a contractual veto, and it is offered because this is a community, not a broadcaster.
What you confirm. That you are free to give this permission; that what you say is your own and does not breach anyone’s confidence, contract or copyright; and that you are not being paid, and expect no payment, royalty or share.
What you release. Any claim against Trampoline, ANI Partners Limited, and anyone acting for them, arising from the recording, the editing or the publication, including claims about your name, image, voice, likeness or privacy. This does not release anything that cannot lawfully be released, and it does not cover our own bad faith.
Nothing said on the podcast is advice, and the no financial advice paragraph above applies to it in full.
Participation in the 3,100 Gornergrat Circle is at your own cost. What is included, and what is not, is set out in the invitation. Nothing is implied beyond what that letter says.
